Regulation of the Mental State by Means of Physical Training
Annotation
The article examines the potential of regulating the level of physical fitness as a means of influencing the mental state of students exposed to high levels of academic and professional stress. Drawing on contemporary approaches to psychological self-regulation and empirical data on the impact of physical exercise on the emotional sphere, the effectiveness of regular physical activity is substantiated.
