Подчёркивается необходимость создания в школе атмосферы, в которой ребёнок может ошибаться, задавать вопросы и не опасаться осуждения; акцентируется внимание не только на физической, но и на эмоциональной безопасности личности, наиболее уязвимой при психологическом насилии.

The center was found in 2013 by a group of scientists to promote the development of scientific cooperation, to support the implementation of scientific achievements and advanced experience in mass practice and the development of innovative individual's potential.
