In order to achieve the goals the Center works in the following directions:
- Provides the platform for approbation of independent scientists and practitioners results: organizes scientific and practical international conferences on popular topics of modern science;
- The monographs and scientific works publication;
- Online publication of the scientific, methodological and theoretical journal.
The center was found in 2013 by a group of scientists to promote the development of scientific cooperation, to support the implementation of scientific achievements and advanced experience in mass practice and the development of innovative individual's potential.
