«Problems of increasing the profitability of the enterprise in the restaurant business»
The issues of effective organization of the enterprise, operating in the field of service are considered. Attention is paid to the mechanisms and methods of increasing business profitability due to the menu rotation, testing new recipes of dishes, as well as collecting accurate data on the company's operating activities. The possibility of introducing a customer relationship management system (CRM-system) in the enterprise service sector, which allows to increase revenue from promotional activities is clarified.

«Механизм формирования ключевых факторов успеха»
В статье раскрыта важность и необходимость механизма формирования ключевых факторов успеха на предприятии. Несмотря на значительное количество проведенных исследований, многие теоретические и методические аспекты процесса формирования ключевых факторов успеха раскрыты не в полной мере. Поэтому в статье предлагается рассмотреть механизм формирования ключевых факторов успеха и раскрыть его применительно к конкретному предприятию. В процессе исследования был проведен анализ литературы, а также стратегический анализ организации.
