В данной статье рассмотрены перспективы развития национальной платежной системы Российской федерации. Проанализированы характерные особенности мирового опыта в построении и использовании национальных и международных платежных систем. Выявлены и обоснованы особенности рынка платежных систем России проанализированы варианты развития национальной платежной системы и других операторов платежных систем п. На основе проведенного исследования автором предлагается модель развития национальной платежной системы и предложен вариант модернизации. Главное достоинство новой модели – возможность запуска в рамках действующего законодательства и возможность модернизации платформы.
