This article describes the peculiarities of expert quality report of medical care as a mean of quality control on a modern stage of medical development in the country. Regulatory and methodical regulation of medical care testing in Russia has been analyzed and problematic aspects of its control have been found out.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate anxiety and depression levels in cardiac patients after myocardial infarction. To achieve this goal the Beck's Depression Inventory and Beck's Anxiety Inventory were used in this study. The results showed that the levels of anxiety and depression were higher in women with myocardial infarction compared with men who had a myocardial infarction.

Conducted a study of serum lactate and glucose in highly skilled boxers in various stages of competitive activity. After a competitive burden showed a significant increase in the concentration of lactate in the absence of the dynamics of glucose in the blood serum.

The purpose of the study is to examine the characteristics of the sense of coherence in cardiac patients after myocardial infarction. Conducted an anonymous survey of 1 st year students of pediatric faculty. During the work it was found that most of the students when choosing a medical specialty guided by the ideas of humanism, willingness and a desire to assist the patient in a timely manner. This article presents the results of microbiological tests of soils in emergency oil and gas facilities in Yakutia. The author found that in the process of self-healing soil is not sufficiently cleansed of hydrocarbon contamination and are in the environmental stress. The signs of soil degradation are thinning or absence of vegetation, phytotoxicity, changes in physical and chemical properties of the soil: formation of lumpy soil structure, hydrophobicity, salinity, high pH values, lack of available phosphorus, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, phytotoxicity.
