Abstract: The article is devoted to the organization of group work in elementary school. The authors tell about the main purpose of the group is the development of students ' thinking, raising interest in academic subjects. The article presents practical methods of group work at lessons of Russian language. The proposed materials can be used by teachers in the educational process. В статье рассмотрены различные способы формулирования ожидаемых результатов профессионального образования с позиций социально-ориентированного, личностно-ориентированного и модульно-компетентностного подходов. Показано, что используемый в настоящее время прагматичный подход к построению «моделей выпускника» системы СПО не позволяет адекватно учесть ни личностный (ценностно-мотивационный), ни широкий социальный контекст целей воспитания

The publication is devoted to describing the concept and monitoring programs of the regional system of vocational qualification attestation modules edu-cational programs in the Samara regional system of vocational education and training. The criteria and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the regional system of attestation are substantiated. Тhe principles and modalities of the monitoring are formulated. Presented management tools using the results of the competency assessment to achieve compliance with the quality of training and the requirements of employers and the state educational standards.
