The article considers social skills based on the polymodal approach as a means and result of the interaction of a person with social reality. The diagnostic method SUM-60 (Social skills of a personality – 60) and the results of its testing among young people are presented. The method includes a complex of social and socio-psychological skills focused on adaptive and positive behavior in the social world. The social skills analysis algorithm is proposed; their relationships with communicative and personal characteristics, value orientations, self-esteem and self-efficacy are shown.

The article presents the method «Proverbs» in the author's modification as a diagnostic tool for studying the life strategies of the personality. A behavioral typology of life strategies is proposed in accordance with the theoretical model of K. Thomas method. The theoretical justification and description of the methodology is given, the results of its approbation on the youth sample are briefly examined, the prospects for further research are determined.

В данной статье рассматривается проблема эффективного межличностного взаимодействия, которая способствуют тому, что супруги свободно обсуждают друг с другом свои эмоции, идут на взаимные уступки и считаются с чувствами своего избранника. Было проведено эмпирическое исследование, направленное на изучение особенностей межличностного взаимодействия в молодых семьях. В результате исследования выявлены различия между супругами в направленности общения и восприятия образа друг друга.

The article considers the main approaches to understanding the culture of a healthy way of life, taking into account aspects of personalization and socialization of the individual as a priority in the formation of youth, proposed feature of some forms of work to get higher or specialized secondary education, health-promoting organization of space.
