Сoating deposition on dielectrics is used a source of metal atoms and fast gas molecules produced due to charge exchange collisions of accelerated ions in a processing chamber is described. The metal atoms are produced due to ion sputtering of a target placed at the bottom of the hollow cathode inside the source. When a mixture of argon and nitrogen is used, nitride coatings are produced with deposition rate up to 4 µm/h, the coatings being interruptedly bombarded by molecules with energy rеgulated from 10 to 300 eV.

The article deals with the problem of the development of materials science. The author pays special attention to the issue of the development of new materials, which is associated with the increasing requirements to boost the level of their physical, chemical, technological and operational properties and the creation of technologies for obtaining and production. The paper presents the content analysis of macro- and micro-elements in the sapropel deposits of Lake Kubalah, which will allow us to evaluate the quality of sapropel and its utilization efficiency as a valuable organo-mineral material. The authors of the article define relevance and novelty of the paper. The detailed analysis of sapropel deposits of Lake Kubalah, situated in terrace above the flood-plain of (Magan) flat cryolitic zone of Central Yakutia.

The deposit policy plays a special role in the funding of Russian banks, which is caused by the prevalence of deposit sources in the structure of the resource base of credit institutions. The change in the conditions for raising funds in the economy with considerable volatility causes the expediency of continuous improvement of the methodological foundations in the formation of deposit resources, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. The authors summarize the existing scientific base in the field of deposit policy development, the factors affecting the effectiveness of its implementation are presented. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the deposit policy forms not only a large part of the bank's resources, but also its credit potential, and the effectiveness of financial activity. Therefore, any innovations in this area are possible only with stable financial stability, in any other economic conditions, commercial banks will seek to retain liquidity by improving approaches to the most developed and attractive client segments.

In accordance with the article, 11 deposits coal on the territory of Tuva are accounted by State Reserves Register of the Russian Federation, the total profitable reserves are estimated at 1,12 billion tons whereof 936.6 thousand tons are dealt with as coking coals. The vast majority of explored deposits of coals of the republic are concentrated in the Ulugh-Khem basin, the total projected resources of which exceed 20 bill.t. It is substantiated that coking coal of the Ulugh-Khem basin is the most competitive resource of Tyva Republic. Low ash content, excellent caking index, low sulfur and phosphorus in coking coal of ranks GG and GZh indicate their high quality, according to these characteristics GG, GZh coal ranks take precedence over Kuznetsk and Pechora coals. About 70 bill.t of coking coal are annually mined in Russia, but there is a deficit on certain coal ranks. It is primarily related to internal prices increase for coking coal in Russia. According to forecasts of researchers coal deficit will rise up to 15–17 bill.t in the country.

The article considers the problem of asphalt-resin-parrafin deposits (ARP) in wells producing, causes and the mechanism of their loss. The paper lists methods of prevention and removal of paraffin. The possibility of predicting of sediment depth in the well, based on the temperature factor as one of the main factors influencing the loss of the ARP is shown.

The article analyzes the work of Nizhne-Kurmoiarskaya loan-saving partnership in the early 20th century. This credit institution activity is examined by means of considering the documents of Inspection of small loan of Rostov office of State Bank in 1912–1917. In order to understand the features of this partnership, the author takes into account some historical facts about small credit institutions. In conclusion the researcher outlines the significance and the basic operations of Nizhne-Kurmoiarskaya loan-saving partnership in the Province of the Don Cossacks Host.
