«Проблема профессионального становления студентов Северного (Арктического) федерального университета имени М.В. Ломоносова (на примере реализации проекта «Управление карьерой»)»
В данной статье рассмотрена проблема профессионального самоопределения и становления, которые являются одним из основных механизмов социально-экономического развития и представляют собой непрерывный процесс. Автором отмечается, что готовность к профессиональной/карьерной мобильности входит в число обязательных требований к современному работнику и включает набор специальных компетенций, необходимых для успешной профессиональной самореализации. В работе представлен опыт реализации проекта "Управление карьерой".
