В статье рассмотрена уголовно-правовая характеристика похищения человека, ответственность за которое предусмотрена ст. 126 УК РФ. В частности, рассмотрены объективные и субъективные признаки преступления, а также квалифицирующие признаки преступления. Кроме того, произведено отграничение похищение человека от смежных составов.

В статье представлены методы определения температурных напряжений в стержне треугольного поперечного сечения. Рассмотрены напряжения и перемещения в стержне при термомеханическом нагружении. Записана формула для расчета нормального напряжения в дали от концов незакрепленного стержня, распределение температуры симметрично относительно оси z. Определены свойства перемещения произвольной точки сечения вдоль оси z на основании гипотезы плоских сечений.

All satellites (there are more than 150 of them) are in the same rigid stable position – depending on their planets. And all the satellite planets in the solar system in rotation around their axes depend on their satellites. The Earth and the Moon in this matter are not original. Researchers provide evidence of the absence of a thermonuclear reaction on stars and the fact that the energy of solar radiation is electrical energy, not thermonuclear. In addition, the existence of dark matter is questioned in the work. The authors also prove that it is necessary to exclude the term "synchronization", which has no right to exist due to the absence of satellites rotation of the planets around their axes.

The paper presents the dynamic model of the machine assembly with a recommended mechanism for moving material and the definition of the law of rails motion under various system parameters. The author has suggested the solution implemented by the system of differential equations numerically on the PC and the system describing the motion of the machine set. Recommended values ​​of the parameters of elastic links of material transfer mechanism have been obtained. The researcher has developed the methods of kinematic and dynamic analysis of the material transfer mechanism with elastic elements of the sewing machine and has approved the parameters and development of the design.

The article provides the kinematics chart of mechanism of material movement of sewing machine and determination of law of lath motion at the different parameters of the system and its equalization. It also determins concrete values of linear speed of point Е of lever – laths at moving of material in sewing machines. A mechanism is worked out with the storage of energy as a conical spring, that operates at the horizontal moving of lath and a mechanism is executed as the reserved kinematics chain.
