This article gives a General idea of the concepts of "outsourcing"and" personnel outsourcing". Prospects of use of outsourcing of the personnel for the solution of problems in the agricultural organizations are displayed. Its role as the effective tool in increase of competitiveness of the organizations of agro-industrial complex is defined.
