Analysis mathematical knowledge of Kuzbass state technical university freshmen is presented. The results of the unified state exam and testing of freshmen in the university are compared. Data monitoring of students» knowledge on general subjects in the first semester are given. Recommendations for the improvement of mathematical training of students of technical universities are offered.

The publication is devoted to describing the concept and monitoring programs of the regional system of vocational qualification attestation modules edu-cational programs in the Samara regional system of vocational education and training. The criteria and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the regional system of attestation are substantiated. Тhe principles and modalities of the monitoring are formulated. Presented management tools using the results of the competency assessment to achieve compliance with the quality of training and the requirements of employers and the state educational standards.

The article analyze the experience of the largest Russian banks in terms of the "stress-testing" business process organization in the risk-management system. The research highlighted a number of specific issues related to the active adaptation of this tool in the system of bank risk management. The article concluded that the problem of multi-directional objectives pursued by the regulator and the banking business is not solved.
