The article discusses some ways of protecting intellectual property rights established by civil legislation. The grounds for the use of certain methods of intellectual property rights protection are characterized, their features are highlighted. The similarities and differences of the methods of intellectual property rights protection with the general methods provided for in Article 12 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are studied. It is concluded that intellectual rights are protected by the methods provided for by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the essence of the violation of the right and the consequences of the violation of this right

This article discusses issues related to the protection of the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation outside the state, as well as the activities of bodies whose duties include protecting the rights and interests of persons outside the country, and examines the regulatory framework aimed at the implementation of these rights.
