Статья посвящена анализу нормативно-правовой базы российского законодательства, регулирующей защиту прав, свобод и интересов несовершеннолетних. Авторы приходят к следующему выводу: необходимо эффективно организовывать различные мероприятия, направленные на информирование родителей, лиц, заменяющих родителей, детей их прав, обязанностей перед друг другом и государством, а также и отраслями жизни общества.

«Russian education at the beginning of the XIX century: the rejection of the French education system and the transition to the German»
The reforms of state power and public education led to the creation of the national education system. The foundation of the building was laid, which was to be built throughout the XIX century. The education system had no foundation, so it could not be sustainable. The development of domestic education was hindered by such a negative phenomenon of the social plan as the existence of serfdom.
