The paper provides solutions for energy supply to agricultural consumers remote from energy sources due to non-traditional types of energy, based on patents of the Russian Federation. A scheme of a thermodynamic installation operating according to the Rankine cycle on a low boiling liquid is considered. The circuit uses a capacitor that increases the temperature of the condensate, leading to an increase in the efficiency of the thermodynamic installation. A series of graphs is given, confirming the required amount of heat received for the operation of the installation and a graph of the dependence of the efficiency of the installation on temperature conditions. A graph of solar energy is shown, which feeds per unit of horizontal surface and its integral value for one day. Options for improving the installation using concentrating receivers of solar energy are given. Test schedules for the solar collector module are provided.

We are striving to prove that all planets rotate around their axis due to their satellites. Rotation of the collateral gravitation is analogous for all the planets, for the Sun as well. The Sun, as well as every single planet, can have multiple satellites. Satellite and planet’s collateral gravitation, if it moves because of satellite’s movement around the orbit, rotates the planet or the Sun. The article proves that collateral gravitation of the Moon and the Earth, that moves around the Earth due to Moon’s movement around the Earth, rotates the Earth around it’s axis.

This work is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the development of the physics of «vacuum» on the basis of the axioms of the Algebra of Signatures. In this part of physics of the «vacuum» the overall dynamics of vacuum layers, and in particular of «vacuum electrostatics», are considered. The rotation of the vacuum layers within the core of the stable vacuum formation (in particular the inside cores of the «electron» and «positron») is investigated.

This paper is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the development of light-geometry of the "vacuum" based on the axiomatics of the Algebra of signatures. In this part of the light-geometry of the "vacuum" the general dynamics of the vacuum layers is considered, from which under certain conditions "vacuum electrostatics" follow. Researchers give evidence of a lack of a thermonuclear reaction to the stars. And they prove that the energy of solar radiation is electrical energy, not thermonuclear. And sunspots are not magnetic fields.

Land management in Yakutia developed at different times in different ways and had its own historical stages. The paper considers the development of land management in our republic during the Soviet period after the Great Patriotic War, as well as during the «stagnation» period. The work of land surveyors of Yakutia at that time is shown, the available materials of various authors and their memories are used. The ppurpose of this work is to study the role of land surveyors in Yakutia in socio-economic development of the country and their personal deposit in the development of Yakutia, one of the largest regions in our country.

The article describes the main parameters that determine both the traction ability of the transmission and the life of the belt, which is the magnitude of the belt tension and its correspondence to the actual transfer load. The appendix shows the characteristics of the belts and their elasticity: shortening the belt when stitching or cross stitching for pulling; periodic movement.

The article recommends a new scheme of the belt drive with PPO, provides the Law of the vibrational motion driven branch of a belt in contact with an elastic sleeve of the tensioner and shows graphical variation of the vibration amplitude of movement and the speed of belt driven branch in the function of values ​​of the eccentricity and roll stiffness of the elastic sleeve.

Moreover, the paper discovers those potential energy systems, which manage the movement of a celestial body. Critical parameters’ changes of a celestial body rotating around the Center are graphically represented. All the parameters in algebraic expressions are considered to be dependent from each other and, primarily, from the proximity of «radius-vector» of a celestial body place and the focus of an elliptic orbit.

Research of mechanisms of formation of streams of ultrarelativistic particles in space plasma is among actual problems of astrophysics and, in particular, it is of interest to a problem of generation of space beams. Thus one of the main mechanisms of formation of streams of ultrarelativistic particles is surfing of charges on electromagnetic waves (see, for example, works [1-16]).
