«The impact of noise disturbances on the quality of signal processing in the acoustic sodar»
The article describes how noise impacts the work of vertical profilers (SODAR). The authors analyzed the types of noise disturbances, their features. The dependence of the error value from the signal/noise ratio, which is the main indicator of the quality of the acoustic locator. The authors showed that noise disturbances affect the accuracy of acoustic measurements significantly. Moreover, the article contains a brief summary based on the research.

«Methods of emission, receiving and processing signals in sodar»
In this article the application of vertical profilers is discussed, the relevance of their use, as well as a device itself and how it works. Authors analyzed characteristics of different types of sodars and its software. Also there was revealed and substantiated main disadvantages of modern sodars and solutions of these problems. On the basis of the study conclusions are made.

The article deals with the distribution of landscape zones of Dagestan in hypsometric marks and the slope angle. The analysis showed that the most diverse conditions characterized Foothill Dagestan, where locations are well represented, as typical of the plains, and for the mountainous part.

Показана возможность получения разрешения по дальности при использовании монохроматического излучения в бистатической многопозиционной локационной схеме измерений. Приводятся результаты численного моделирования и экспериментальных исследований. Получаемое разрешение по дальности зависит не только от размеров апертуры и длины волны сигнала, но и от дальности до объекта.
