According to the authors of this article, in the crisis of twelve the teenager is not able to solve independently his internal problems, to cope with himself and control his behavior. The task of the teacher-psychologist is to identify in a proper time the problems of teenagers and to helpthem in solving their internal problems, for instance implementing a comprehensive program to support the teenager during the crisis, which will cover not only the work with a teenager, but also with his environment, teachers and parents.
