The monograph examines the problem for the role of team within the time of continuing qualification, without subsequent certification of starting-up teachers. The article presents a method of teaching a foreign language through dramatization. This technique appeared in the beginning of the XX century and is still relevant. It promotes the development of certain skills (attention, memory, communication skills, etc.), the motivation of students. As the author notes, learning a foreign language will be much more interesting, if you use this method.
