the article describes the characteristics and structural elements of system of staff development of the organization. The authors presented a comparative characteristic of modern methods of staff teaching, listing their advantages and disadvantages, and provided for clarity a diagram showing the actual use of these methods in Russian companies. It was concluded that there’s a need to implement innovative teaching methods within the framework of forming the system of personnel development of the organization in modern conditions.

The article considers main tendencies of development of system of personnel training in modern conditions. The authors present the results of a survey of Russian companies in respect of evaluation of training and staff development. In conclusion, we formulated conclusions regarding the actual problems and perspective directions of development of system of personnel training at the modern stage
