The article describes the conditions of development and the main components of media education system and they are an integral part of the modern educational process. Considerable problems and difficulties of learning with the use of multimedia technologies are also considered. The author proposes a solution to eliminate these obstacles to improving the quality of education in an educational institution.

The article describes the results of a study on school’s equipment with information and communication and computer technologies, provides a basic set of advanced hardware multimedia to mathematics cabinet that will achieve maximum availability of electronic educational resources for teachers and students, and also can be used as a universal model in many schools in Russian Federation.
