As inclusive education the authors define the process of development of the educational environment, providing access to education for persons with special needs. In medical aspect these needs are determined by limited accessibility of physical and mental health of children. The authors dwell on examples of practical implementation of the inclusion principles in the activities of educational and medical institutions in two regions of Russia - Moscow and Rostov region.
