«The main aspects of the technologisation of the educational process implementing inclusive education»
The article analyzes and evaluates the organizational and pedagogical technologies used to implement the inclusive approach to education, presents adaptive methods recommended for teaching disabled people and people with HIA, provides a detailed analysis of the software and methodological support of the inclusive educational environment, suggests recommendations for effective technological development of the learning process in educational organizations implementing an inclusive approach to training, a detailed analytical review of special facilities I work with students with disabilities and persons with disabilities.

«Mentoring in the context of team work for efficient inclusion»
The monograph examines the problem for the role of team within the time of continuing qualification, without subsequent certification of starting-up teachers. Analysis has been made of the normative documents, specialized pedagogic and methodological literature. The research section provides the author’s investigation of educational staff attitude to improve the pedagogic competency thru participation in formal and informal education with the assistance of mentors. Abnormalities in the development of speech of children with special educational needs make it difficult to communicate, prevent the proper formation of the cognitive processes that impede the assimilation of reading and writing. In this regard, one of the urgent tasks of speech therapy is the search for optimal ways of preventing violations of writing. Using speech therapy classes at the features and benefits of developing games and exercises will make corrective work with this category better.

«The question of inclusion in education and medicine on the current stage of development of Russian community»
The article addresses to the issues of educational and medical inclusions. As inclusive education the authors define the process of development of the educational environment, providing access to education for persons with special needs. In medical aspect these needs are determined by limited accessibility of physical and mental health of children. The authors dwell on examples of practical implementation of the inclusion principles in the activities of educational and medical institutions in two regions of Russia - Moscow and Rostov region.

«Peculiarutues of teacher's outlook position foundation during philosophy lessons with hearing-impaired students»
The article tries to find a new methodological approach to teach hearing-impaired students during philosophy lessons. Technical aspect of perception regime choice as well as impossibility of deafness simulation are taken into the account; the tasks for beyond-rational thinking monitoring (work with images, intuation, moral judgement). The conclusion about rationality and integrity of future interdiscipline humanitarian teaching methodology for hearing-impaired to save, define and develop the sense which is opposed to post-modern outlook attitude.

«Anthropocentrism as a principle of the polycultural and multilingual modern educational space»
The paper is devoted to investigation of priorities in the Russian educational space, which in today's globalized world is becoming an integral part of the world educational society. The authors examine the problem in the aspect of social philosophy, which determines the identification of the most common patterns in the development of being, thinking and society. In this aspect of the logic of research is an extrapolation of democracy, humanism, anthropocentricity principles on the processes of education development in a polycultural and multilingual space. Globalization involves a high level of mobility of professionals across the globe, involving into the orbit of the polycultural and multilingual education representatives of different nations, folks and social layers. Education as a process can not be realized without appropriate methodological tools, in function of which we consider teaching technologies and their integration with information and communication technologies. Technologies of inclusive education, health preservation, information and communication are the most relevant for the Russian education today. The methodological research base is represented by social and philosophical principles of systemacy, anthropocentrism, humanism, socio-cultural identity, universality and functionality.
