Development of Educational Motivation in a Digital Environment: From Consumer Interest to the Formation of Future Professional Competencies
Annotation
The article addresses the problem of insufficient student motivation to study information technologies and proposes a model for integrating curricular and extracurricular computer science activities to foster a sustainable interest in the IT sphere. The principles of best pedagogical practices are outlined, including a practice-oriented approach, the study of cross-cutting digital technologies, contextual learning, and career guidance support. The article presents elements of the model's implementation in a lyceum, as well as expected results and prospects for its application.
