Статья описывает существующие в истории высшей школы России модели проектирования образовательно‐научного процесса в вузах. Они рассматриваются как предпосылки зарождающейся технологии проектирования Основных образовательных программ высшего образования, направленных на развитие человеческого ресурса субъектов образования.
