«Emotional Marketing: How to evoke emotions in consumers and increase brand loyalty»
The article explores the role of emotional marketing in shaping consumer behavior and increasing brand loyalty. It considers key emotional triggers (joy, nostalgia, fear, compassion, etc.), strategies for creating emotional content (story-telling, visual elements, personalization) and their impact on audience engagement. Special attention is paid to the ethi-cal aspects of using emotions in marketing, including issues of honesty, inclusiveness and data protection. Based on an analysis of performance measurement methods (engagement, surveys, sales metrics), a conclusion is made about the importance of emotional connections for the long-term success of a brand.

«Actualization of the ideas of narrative pedagogy in the conditions of personality-oriented education of higher school»
The author has noted that the main goal of personally-oriented education is a holistic personality development and formation of personal self-reflection and process actualization of personal development. Formed theoretical and methodological grounds of the indicated project are not always supported by specific methods and strategies for their implementation in practice in terms of higher education. An effective tool in this situation can become narrative approach, which is being actively developed in foreign pedagogy. The narrative approach combines the ideas of social constructionism, phenomenological pedagogy and hermeneutics texts. A full assessment of the narrative approach is possible only in terms of its practical implementation.

«Storytelling как средство формирования коммуникативной компетенции бакалавров гуманитарного профиля»
Данная статья посвящена проблеме использования метода Storytelling в процессе формирования коммуникативной компетенции бакалавров гуманитарного профиля, ориентированных на профессиональную деятельность и межличностное общение в поликультурной среде. В итоге автор приходит к выводу о формировании у бакалавров-гуманитариев ориентировочной основы поведения в речевых ситуациях, ознакомлении студентов с вариантами речевых действий, умений их комбинировать и находить новые решения при использовании метода Storytelling.
