The article is devoted to the questions of educational environment in pre-school educational institutions. Here you can find some ways of understanding the idea of “educational environment”. It is considered as the phychological and educational reality and as the condition for the development of a child’s individuality.

In this article various factors of the educational environment of rural school influencing development of personal and professional self-determination of seniors are considered. The author analyzes various theoretical positions of influence of the educational environment on formation of the personality, and also actions for development of personal and professional self-determination of seniors in the conditions of rural school are presented. Results of the forming experiment are presented in article, the following tasks are solved: formation of steady interest in a pedagogical profession; development of need for professional activity, receiving pleasure and satisfaction from pedagogical activity; formation of conviction in further choice of profession.

В статье представлены инновационные подходы в организации психолого-педагогического сопровождения в дистанционном режиме. Предложенная модель электронных ресурсов позволяет повысить удовлетворённость качеством получаемых образовательных услуг и конкурентоспособность образовательного учреждения.

This article analyzes the reasoning of scientists and teachers on the creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competencies of university graduates. Some pedagogical conditions that are compatible with the existing educational environment at KSTU named after Iskhak Razzakov for the formation of professional competencies of bachelors in the direction of 550800 Vocational Training are determined. The sequence of fulfillment of pedagogical conditions to achieve the greatest efficiency of the educational process is established.
