The article discusses the role of independent learning of foreign languages as an effective form of language education, that promotes acquisition of strong language skills and raises the interest in the foreign language among students. The author pays attention to the goals and objectives of independent learning, its organization, content, types and forms. It is concluded that systematic and carried out independent learning has a great educational value and contributes to the acquisition of the foreign language.

The article deals with implementation of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the educational process, involving kindergarten teachers and small children at kindergarten regard to preparing the children as full-fledged creative persons for the school training.
