Conceptual-content analysis of self-education, its functions and species in the context of research are presented in the article. The results of a sociological survey on revealing the parents' need for self-education are presented. To stimulate parents' self-education, solutions and actions of a socially-organizational nature are proposed, aimed at creating favorable conditions for its development and encouragement.

The article discusses some questions on methodological basis of educational and role model implementation of information support for adult education in the context of adaptation and role resonance. The author reveals the main principles on which the process of the educational and role model realization is based. Speaking of the educational and role model individuality he stresses that sensual obviousness of the educational and role model is relative, fragmentary and it plays a support role. According to the author it is important to pay much attention to gnoseological capacity of the educational and role model during the process of information support of adult education.

This article presents the experience of studying the organization of professional retraining group "Teacher's education" on the basis of the Novosibirsk IQIRE. The author reveals theoretical and practical issues of adult education organization on the principles of persont-centered and activity approaches. Looking at teachers' interpersonal communication as an essential component of continuing adult education, presented the methodological ideas of teacher's personality in the process of training are shown.

The article describes the causes of the need for continuous training of teachers, the necessity of teachers' training throughout the professional activity, gives a brief excursion into the history of adult education, as well as demonstrates the features of teachers' education.
