«Vnedrenie innovatsionnykh metodov sovershenstvovaniia sistem gosudarstvennogo upravleniia»
В данной статье рассмотрен вопрос современных социально-экономических процессов в рамках систем государственного управления, требующих качественного изменения методов и инструментов государственного управления в обществе, функционирование которого основано на знаниях. Авторы отмечают, что инновационный процесс в системе государственного управления осуществляется в рамках традиционных моделей управления. Следовательно, проведение нововведений проходит в рамках дефицита временного ресурса. Таким образом, система государственного управления нуждается в современном, научно-обоснованном и организационно-методическом процессе внедрения инновационных методов, которые сопровождаются сниженными временными затратами и комплексом инструментов для решения социальных и экономических проблем.

«THE MAİN DİRECTİONS OF İNNOVATİVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATİONAL ECONOMY İN THE MODERN ECONOMİC CONDİTİON»
The article analyzes the directions of innovative development of the national economy in the Republic of Azerbaijan and different foreign countries. The analysis shows that the implementation of an effective innovation policy in developed countries leads to the development of national economic sectors. The role of modern innovative technologies in increasing the country's competitiveness and increasing export opportunities is high. The article identifies existing problems in the area under study, and puts forward proposals and recommendations for their elimination.
