The article considers the influence of morality on the effectiveness of economic laws. The thesis of "world unification" based on Western values forms the basis of a deeply racist ideology of Eurocentrism, devoid of scientific content. Western civilization is committed to the expansion and domination, and all of its ideological systems serve the expansionist aims. Science in this case disappears as a philosophical science of the laws of the country, becoming obsequious servant of the latter-day "masters of the world." In today's world there are two opposite groups of principles that drive the economy and the economy of different countries. Those are the principles of liberalism and principles of traditionalism.

The potential of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» has been revealed in achieving the goals of organizing a multicultural environment through means of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, taking into account its main components, among which special attention is given to discursive and strategic aspects. The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

This article presents the study of optimism and various parameters of economic decisions among traders. There is a contradiction in literature: on one hand, according to the results of the research, optimism is a predictor of successful activity, on the other, it is the cause of errors, especially in making economic decisions. The study was conducted on 630 professional traders, a technology for studying optimism as cognitive distortion was specially developed, as well as a special technique for studying economic decisions. As a result, the parameters of economic decisions were revealed, as well as a positive relationship between optimism and decision parameters.

The article analyzes the situation in the Syrian economy, on the basis of which key problems are identified: GDP fall, inflation, decline in household incomes, imbalance in foreign economic activity with a predominance of imports.
