«Сравнительный анализ статьи 142.1. Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации и статьи 5.4. Кодекса Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях»
В статье проводится анализ статей Уголовного кодекса и Кодекса об административных правонарушениях, регулирующих избирательные права и право на референдум граждан РФ. В результате анализа статей 142.1. УК РФ и 5.4. КоАП автор приходит к выводу, что они частично запрещают одно и тоже деяние, что является недопустимым.
