«К вопросу об уголовной ответственности за мошенничество по УК Германии»
The article deals with the problems related to the reform of the rules of criminal liability for fraud in the Criminal Code of our country. A general description of the corpus delicti related to fraud and its species referred to in section 22 of the Criminal Code «Fraud and criminal misuse of trust» are given. Basing on the analysis of German legislation it was concluded that while reformation of the rules of fraud in the national Criminal Code of Russia the legislator took into account the experience of the Criminal Code of Germany.

The tracings of indexes offered by the last two Stratigraphic Codes of the Russian Federation do not create the system of indexes combining the general, regional and local stratigraphic divisions. The "short" indexes which entered practice of stratigraphy under the influence of requirements of cartography do not possess sign of unicity of indexes and specific geological section. Ways of overcoming of the available contradictions are offered.

The Stratigraphic indexes from the Stratigraphic Code of Russian Federation substantially became outdated. Instead of them the updated indexes of tiers formed by letters of Latin of the English alphabet are offered. Changes as a part of tiers in the general stratigraphic scale of the Russian Federation are considered.

Авторы отмечают, что в настоящее время удобным способом доступа к информации во многих сферах современной жизни является сканирование QR-кода. Однако в образовании возможности технологии QR-кодирования информации практически не применяются. С помощью QR-кодов учитель химии может разрабатывать дидактические материалы (информационные тексты, задания, инструктивные карточки и т. п.) и организовывать на их основе неформальное обучение с использованием мобильных устройств, что является хорошей мотивацией для школьников
