This article presents a technology for the formation of readiness for employment of future teachers, which includes stages (diagnostic, activity, reflexive-evaluative), content, professional motivation, professional intentions, professional identity, knowledge and skills associated with the employment process, reflexive-volitional qualities ), methods (training, dialogue, situational, game), forms (individual accompaniment, group).

This article discusses the harmonization of the objectives of the project activities on the subject "Technology" and capabilities of educational institutions of higher education in preparing students for the pedagogical process.

The problem of development of personal and professional qualities of students in the process of professional training was described in the article. Criteria and indicators of the development of personality-professional qualities were determined, the parameters of their manifestations as well. The examples show the relationship of personal and professional qualities and the requirements of the Professional Standard. The features of the case-method as a form of quasi-professional activity were considered. A correlation was found between official diagnoses and the use of cases as assessment tools.

This article describes the main types of practices, which is organized for students of pedagogical universities and colleges. Special attention is paid to the organization of pedagogical training process and the requirements of the leading forms of short-term intensive training.
