«The development of digital competencies of the head of the pre-school»
The digitalization is a kind of modern trend in many areas, including educa-tion. It involves following innovations, continuous development, as well as improv-ing the competencies of managers in all areas. This leads to an increase in the im-portance of information and communication competence of both the head of the preschool institution and the entire teaching staff and requires participants in the educational process to be ready to use information and communication technolo-gies to solve professional tasks.

В статье представлены результаты проведённого авторами пилотного исследования в рамках экспериментального изучения цифровой грамотности старшего поколения с целью определения методологических основ построения будущих обучающих курсов в данной области. В Части 1 статьи описан терминологический аппарат, представлен разработанный специально для задач исследования инструментарий, включающий в себя онлайн-анкету и полуструктурированное интервью и предназначенный для выявления проблем респондентов при использовании цифровых инструментов, а также способов их решения.
