The concept of Soviet patriotism provided a historical legitimacy and spiritual continuity of the USSR with tsarist Russia in strengthening Russian statehood and protection of national independence of the country. She balanced the necessary proportions between the national patriotism of the Russians and the sense of respect and reverence to all the peoples of Russia.

The paper is devoted to investigation of priorities in the Russian educational space, which in today's globalized world is becoming an integral part of the world educational society. The authors examine the problem in the aspect of social philosophy, which determines the identification of the most common patterns in the development of being, thinking and society. In this aspect of the logic of research is an extrapolation of democracy, humanism, anthropocentricity principles on the processes of education development in a polycultural and multilingual space. Globalization involves a high level of mobility of professionals across the globe, involving into the orbit of the polycultural and multilingual education representatives of different nations, folks and social layers. Education as a process can not be realized without appropriate methodological tools, in function of which we consider teaching technologies and their integration with information and communication technologies. Technologies of inclusive education, health preservation, information and communication are the most relevant for the Russian education today. The methodological research base is represented by social and philosophical principles of systemacy, anthropocentrism, humanism, socio-cultural identity, universality and functionality.

In this article, the institute of necessary defence as a complex institute, has received fastening in the criminal and civil law. The author notes that the content of necessary defence in civil law is somewhat broader than in criminal law. Considered the views of specialists on the problem, identified and justified the need of improvements and modernization the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of necessary defence

In the years of 1939-1940 Stalin decided on a bold geopolitical actions. We are talking about the problem of the territorial growth of the USSR and the Stalinist strategy of management of national margins. For objective study of these actions should address the causes of the separatist processes in the 1920-ies, in the analysis of Stalin and which has shaped its geopolitical strategy.

The article represents geographic names analyses in a story of N. Nosov "Dunno on the Moon" from the point of view of their origin and meaning. In course of the work it becomes clear that toponyms (hodonyms and oikonyms) bears sense load, help the author to express the idea: obviously show life features of shorties at Moon.

The article presents the results of evaluation of the impact of anthropogenic factors on the river Luchesa using methods of Myer and Nikolaev. Our study confirmed the increase of anthropogenic load on the river in the city compared with similar areas outside the city limits in the summer and autumn.
