The article considers the problem of self-relationship as the formation of its positive orientation. Theoretical bases of understanding of self-relationship as a component of self-consciousness, self-esteem are presented. The results of an empirical research of self-attitude conducted on the sample of 1st and 4th courses students are presented. Common features in self-attitude of students have been identified. There are significant differences in the factors of self-attitude: self-interest, self-acceptance, self-guidance.

The authors note, a variety of cruelty and violence against children exists in all countries - regardless of their economic, political, ideological apparatus, the representatives of all religions, in families of all income levels. This article deals with the problems of terminology and classification of child abuse.
