This article examines the phenomenon of spatial segregation in Bogotá, Colombia, through the lens of the city's recreational development. The author analyzes the specific social stratification system, "esstratos," which, through its distribution of subsidies, has instead entrenched the criterion of "social stigma" and become a "social stigma" for residents of the periphery. Particular attention is paid to the "green divide"—the stark disparity in the availability of parkland between the "fashionable north" and the depressed south of the capital, where the per capita availability of quality space is nearly tenfold. The paper provides a thorough analysis of key urban projects: the weekly road closure system of Ciclovía and the construction of the Tercer Milenio Park. The author concludes that such initiatives often take the form of "compensatory urbanism" or "pacification urbanism."

В данной статье выявлены основные вопросы, которым уделяется внимание при изучении эвфемии. Анализируются наиболее известные интерпретации термина «эвфемизм». Исследователь рассматривает предпосылки для эвфемистической замены. В статье рассмотрен такой термин, как «дисфемизм», противоположный «эвфемизму». В связи с тем, что оба исследуемых термина относятся к сфере номинативного варьирования, вводится такой гиперонимический термин, как «икс-фемизм». Автором названы основные характеристики эвфемистических средств. На основе проведенного исследования выделены основные функции, выполняемые эвфемизмом.

The article offered method of the calculation of the transaxial fields based on the partition of the potential into two terms. The main term is a harmonic function of two variables and satisfies the given boundary conditions. The harmonic component of the potential is found analytically using the methods of complex analysis. The second term is the solution of an inhomogeneous equation with zero Dirichlet boundary conditions and can be found numerically with the required accuracy.
