В статье рассматривается вопрос об использование цифровых технологий и продуктов, веб-ресурсов, информационно-коммуникационно-технологий, которые могут быть использованы в работе и общении с детьми дошкольного возраста с ОВЗ.

The paper deals with methodological basics for database evolution on the consequences of manifestations of natural hazards in order to study the spatial and temporal regularities of hazardous natural processes, the estimation of probability in frequency of manifestations of hazardous natural processes in different regions of the Russian Federation and the natural hazard mapping. There are the analysis of the information sources, the identification of trends in the development of web resources and the substantiation required of web services. The prospects of the database development and its applications are shown.

The article reflects the features of a site for children and adolescents educational project on the case of the Arkhangelsk Summer computer school website, which is used not only for informing, but also directly for teaching. The article also describes the main stages of the site development, the methods of teaching with the help of this web resource, the principals of CMS (Content management system) selection.

This article shows the experience of multi-media educational resource creation, some difficulties, stages and preferable technologies which are preferable technologies which are possible for using while its' development.
