If educational resources are placed in "clouds" and access to them is operated from a secure browser, they will fully run on any computing device operated by any operating system and any browser. Thanks to centralized "cloud" solutions educational resource developers can provide support, updating and development at "cloud" portals throughout their whole "life cycle".
