«Cognitive processes in the artistic and educational environment»

The article discusses the features of the cognitive processes of students, including the process of cognition in context with the artistic and educational environment that ensures the reflection of the phenomena of the objective world in solving the upcoming life tasks. The impact of an insufficiently objective attitude to the discipline «Visual arts» in school teaching practice, which influences the development of cognitive-visual (visual-cognitive) thinking of students, is shown. It is in the artistic and educational environment that the skills of visual perception of various information are formed using the pictorial language of images, clarity, sign and symbolic systems that promote the conscious use of concepts and inference in any academic discipline. As a result, it is shown that the development of cognitive processes includes the formation of internal motivational activity of children, methods of perception of visual information associated with information exchange, inspired by cognitive metaphor and cognitive load, as a result, children's intellectual development, including cognition, explanation and understanding of educational information.

The article actualizes the problem of increasing the effectiveness of training foreign students in the economic profile in the context of the subsequent provision of the labor market with highly qualified professionals that meet the growing demands of the current economic situation. The quality of students' training is considered from the point of view of the conditions for organizing a multicultural educational environment that meets the requirements of regional interaction and international cooperation. Aspects of the organization of the multicultural educational environment are considered on the basis of the multinational culture of the peoples of Russia, which is due to the economic discourse of the regions, appealing to the resources of interethnic adaptation during the training of students of economic specialties in higher education institutions, the factor of improving professional communication (as one of the most important competencies of the future specialist) interethnic and ethno-cultural dialogue in the process of education and the subsequent professional activities. The potential of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» has been revealed in achieving the goals of organizing a multicultural environment through means of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, taking into account its main components, among which special attention is given to discursive and strategic aspects. The main characteristics of skills and competences whose development is mediated by didactic-methodological means of the discipline «Russian as a foreign language» with a more profound mastery of the language of the specialty, taking into account the features of interethnic and ethno-cultural communication, are revealed. Their importance for successful professional socialization in conditions of interaction and cooperation of regions is shown.

Approaches to educational environment creation in Russia in XIX century are shown in this research work. Characteristics of constructing spacial-semantic component, communicational-organizational component, meaningfully-methodical component of educational environment in Tsarskoselsky lyceum are described. In this article important contribution of first principals of Tsarskoselsky lyceum V.F. Malinovsky and E.A. Engelgard in creating unique pedagogical atmosphere in Tsarskoselsky lyceum is noted, impact of pedagogical experience of lyceum for development of authorial schools in Russia is shown.

The article presents anti-crisis program to minimize risks of psychological security of educational environment at the professional educational organization. The authors justify the relevance of this question for educational institution of the system of professional education. They also give the results of the study of assessing the psychological safety of the educational environment (I.A. Baeva’s questionnaire) on the example of a group of students according to the main diagnostic indicators (attitude toward the educational environment, the essential characteristics of the educational environment and their satisfaction and protection from psychological violence during interaction). The risks and threats to the safety of the educational environment have been identified. The authors have developed the plan on the minimization, which defines types of assistance, personal responsibility, time frame and evaluation criteria. The planned results of approbation of the anti-crisis program within the framework of the professional educational organization have been formulated.

The paper is devoted to investigation of priorities in the Russian educational space, which in today's globalized world is becoming an integral part of the world educational society. The authors examine the problem in the aspect of social philosophy, which determines the identification of the most common patterns in the development of being, thinking and society. In this aspect of the logic of research is an extrapolation of democracy, humanism, anthropocentricity principles on the processes of education development in a polycultural and multilingual space. Globalization involves a high level of mobility of professionals across the globe, involving into the orbit of the polycultural and multilingual education representatives of different nations, folks and social layers. Education as a process can not be realized without appropriate methodological tools, in function of which we consider teaching technologies and their integration with information and communication technologies. Technologies of inclusive education, health preservation, information and communication are the most relevant for the Russian education today. The methodological research base is represented by social and philosophical principles of systemacy, anthropocentrism, humanism, socio-cultural identity, universality and functionality.
