In the article the methods of using lean production tools for elimination of each kind of waste are considered. The reasons of waste occurrence and consequences to which they lead are determined. Recommendations for elimination of waste for garment production are suggested.

In order to maintain their positions in the market, enterprises are forced to look for new opportunities and ways to rationalize their actions.
