The problems of this study zatragivaet questions fitness of highly qualified specialists in the field of design. Relevance connected with development of Russia's economy, production of competitive products, the introduction of advanced technologies for solving problems of innovative development in all industries. One of the ways of solving the tasks of effective use of achievements of domestic and world design is a leading security industries and socioculture by competent professionals. This requires further reform of the higher school. During the pilot study highlighted the factors of professional self-determination of the student's personality, influencing the formation of professional competencies. It is the awareness of the public benefit activities of a designer as a value the creation of original collections, is filled with universal moral and spiritual values, as well as multidisciplinary exhibition activities. The factor of awareness of the real situation in the socio-economic cluster; orientation for prospective professional goals; conscious attitude to work. As a result of experimental-pedagogical research, which included prognostic, organizational, summative, formative and summative stages, tested in practice, the model of pedagogical system of formation of professional competence of designers, developed ways and means of its implementation using the semiotic system design-education formation professional competences of the designers.

The article analyzes the psychological problems of professional development and training of teachers in system of improvement of professional skill. The article reveals the main organizational and psycho-pedagogical principles of training of teachers in system of improvement of professional skill of teachers. The author actualizes the need for the introduction and use of interactive technologies, contributing to the development of value-semantic sphere of the teacher, overcoming of professional deformation. Among the major interactive technologies of teaching and the interaction is most clearly shown and described: the conflict-method teaching studio art therapy workshops as a specific means of training and professional development of the teacher.

In this work various models of development of personal and professional self-determination of rural school students are considered. First, the structurally functional model of development of personal and professional self-determination of rural school students is presented, the substantial part of model is described. Secondly, the mathematical model of development of personal and professional self-determination of rural school students in which components of educational space and specific features of rural school students are reflected is presented. Various positions in modeling are analyzed, and also author's vision of substantial part of structure of model is presented.
