The monograph addresses the problem of the formation of universal educational actions in elementary school, including the aspect of the difficulty of mastering and application of this component by a modern elementary school teacher. Presented recommendations must be taken into teacher's account in the process universal educational actions forming.

The paper discusses the motivation of students of Kuzbass state technical university and its impact on the success of studying the physics course. A survey of students of first and second courses was conducted. The main purpose of it was to discover the links between motives for entering the university, educational activity in training for the unified state examination and studying at the university.

The methodological research base is represented by social and philosophical principles of systemacy, anthropocentrism, humanism, socio-cultural identity, universality and functionality.

This paper deals with the practice of modern integrated method of teaching physics and computer science in primary and secondary school, combining the method of computer modeling and project method. As an illustration, the article consider a fragment of a lesson on the topic «A study of motion of two bodies, abandoned both horizontally towards each other, using the method of computer simulation in the free spreadsheets OpenOffice.org Calc».

The author considers the development of logical thinking among junior pupils. The means of this development could be a systematic solution of non-standard tasks during mathematics lessons. Experience and experimental work confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed system of non-standard tasks in mathematics among pupils in the second grade.
