Vagrancy in the modern world has become greater than ever. More and more people become vagrants. They move away from the social reality, can’t cope with the onslaught of globalization and economic instability. Vagrancy problem is considered by many authors, but it does not become less relevant. This article discusses the psychological sense of self well-being of vagrants through moral self-esteem indicators. It also describes the relationship of psychological well-being and personal morality. Personal morality and psychological well-being reflect moral orientation of both separate group or the whole country. Positive values and psychological well-being as a subjective attitude for multinational Kazakhstan are the base in prosperity and stability. Vagrants’ morality manifestations reflect the social development of society at the level of vulnerable social situation, and its development can cause degradation of public consciousness. For this reason, it is important to monitor the level of morality of a multinational society not only in society's views, but also in certain categories of citizens.

In accordance with the article, 11 deposits coal on the territory of Tuva are accounted by State Reserves Register of the Russian Federation, the total profitable reserves are estimated at 1,12 billion tons whereof 936.6 thousand tons are dealt with as coking coals. The vast majority of explored deposits of coals of the republic are concentrated in the Ulugh-Khem basin, the total projected resources of which exceed 20 bill.t. It is substantiated that coking coal of the Ulugh-Khem basin is the most competitive resource of Tyva Republic. Low ash content, excellent caking index, low sulfur and phosphorus in coking coal of ranks GG and GZh indicate their high quality, according to these characteristics GG, GZh coal ranks take precedence over Kuznetsk and Pechora coals. About 70 bill.t of coking coal are annually mined in Russia, but there is a deficit on certain coal ranks. It is primarily related to internal prices increase for coking coal in Russia. According to forecasts of researchers coal deficit will rise up to 15–17 bill.t in the country.

The article presents the problems of nutrition among students of a medical institute, as well as the quality of nutrition of students. Based on the study, disorders of the digestive tract have been detected.

According to the author, modern rehabilitation facilities do not have psychological tool that helps people with chemical addictions to optimize their life orientations. The research methods: analysis of psychological literature on this subject; testing; method of mathematical data processing (Mann-Whitney U test, correlation analyses of data). Dependent persons have lowered indicators of reason to live and meaningful orientations. Their personal development is hampered because of a lower level of perception of the integral time of their life. They have higher level of such destructive orientations as confrontational coping, running away from a problem and higher level of constructive orientations – orientation on the solution of the problem, acceptance of responsibility and a positive reassessment of the situation. Sometimes constructive coping is associated with indicators related to the difficulties of personal development. Addicted persons’ tendency toward prosocial behavior is high. At the same time, the helping behavior is more pronounced, when the respondents believe in themselves and in people less. Based on the findings, the Program of Measures, accompanying the rehabilitation of dependent persons, has been compiled.

According to the author, modeling the systems of personnel management is a complex and multifaceted process and its basic step is to assess the system, including analysis of the structures, processes, and company/organization personnel quality through carrying out audit of the personnel management system.

This article investigates some functions of regional dialects in modern society. The aim of this study is to describe some features of speech communication among native speakers in Swabia in the field of education. The research has been carried out by the method of discourse analysis of directly observed texts. The study of Swabian regional dialect implementation in education discovered new social functions of regional dialects. According to the author they consist of expression of emotions, drawing attention and regulations of communicative distance. The research results could be of interest to sociolinguistics as a description of territorial dialect functioning in society.

The research is based on historic, geographic and climate components and perception of time, that are responsible for national and cultural specificity of expression and exchange of thoughts and help to avoid misunderstanding in the process of communication.

The article examines the predictability of Russian verbal modifications during the process of word formation synthesis. The main reasons for modifiers’ combinatorial irregularity with respect to semantically connected sound verbs are identified. For the first time ever, the sound source, as the primary factor in determining the word formation synthesis’ results, is described from three perspectives: semantic, lexicographic, and denotative. Using various parameters relevant for both sound source and semantic modifiers, the sound verbs are subjected to combinatorial testing. The nature of dynamic dependency between the results of word formation synthesis, the distinguishing characteristics of modifiers, and the semantic range of verbs is analyzed.

The article deals with the reasons for the loss of certain facts of language and culture while translating fiction from Russian into English based on the novel «War and peace» by Leo Tolstoy.

The paper focuses on the development of the social-realistic tradition in the culture of the early 1960s. Special attention is paid to the first full-length feature Gennady Shpalikov’s screenplay «Berth», which is an example of the development and the change of social-realistic «tropes» in the screenwriting of «Ottepel / the Thaw»: «a positive hero», «big family» and «war». The author concludes that these fundamental «tropes» define all Shpalikov’s work, the screenwriting and the poetry.
