This article describes the conditions that need to be created in the DOW for more successful development of communication skills. This process will be more effective if teachers take into account the gender differences between boys and girls. Given their psychophysiological characteristics, it is necessary to build the process of communication with adults and peers. These conditions include: - subject developing environment; – role-playing games; -didactic game; -individual work; - organization of special classes and clubs; - modeling of communicative situations. Each of these conditions, created in the framework of the development of communication skills, must meet the requirement of gender sensitivity of children.

The article discusses the actual problem of teen bullying. On the basis of domestic and foreign sources described gender differences in manifestations of bullying in boys and girls. «The dependence of child’s education on parent’s educational attainment and locality»

Using the data of 1994–2013, the effects of parents’ educational attainments and locality on educational achievements of adult sons and daughters are estimated. Parents’ educational attainments affect educational achievements of both sons and daughters positively. Locality strongly affects sons’ educational achievements, while daughters’ educational attainments are less dependent on it.

«The effects of parent’s education and locality on child’s occupation»

The author uses the data of 1994–2013 to estimate the effects of parent’s education and locality on occupation of adult sons and daughters, discovers that occupation of both sons and daughters depends on parent’s education. A high education attainment of parents increases the probability of children to be employed as officials, managers, or professionals. Locality has a strong influence on son’s occupation, while its effect on daughter’s occupation is less pronounced.
