This article summarizes the results of interviews with gynecologists on women’s knowledge about menstruation and tampon usage, as well as the analysis of the current state of the problem in modern society.

The authors investigated physical development of kindergarten preparatory group children by recording anthropometric indicators and using Romberg tests to assess balance. Deviations in the harmonious development of children with musculoskeletal system disorders were revealed, as well as the decline in motor coordination indicators. A selection of developmental / remedial exercises for prevention of of the musculoskeletal system disorders in children was carried out.
