Fundamental approach to the study of academic disciplines, fostering respect for the national history, the state language and pedagogical traditions, the personality of the teacher and the child; awareness of the responsibility and importance of Russian education, taking into account advanced ideas and requests of society. The fundamental nature of training in Russian education has always been combined with high requirements for the educational mission of teaching staff.

The article deals with the necessity of organization of professionally oriented training for students, future teachers of a foreign language, from junior courses. The minimum of professional skills that the students must master at the initial stage is allocated. The ways of forming the allocated skills are proposed, and algorithms for working with them are also considered.

Цель статьи – привлечь внимание органов управления образованием, руководителей образовательных организаций, ученых и практиков к проблеме подготовки педагогических кадров для этнокультурного общего и дополнительного образования детей в рамках направления высшего образования «Педагогическое образование». В статье основана необходимость системного подхода к решению данной проблемы с учетом этнокультурных особенностей российских регионов.
