В статье раскрыты тифлопедагогические условия эффективной социализации детей с нарушением зрения. Исходя из приведенных в статье данных и практического опыта авторы делают следующий вывод: социализация детей с нарушениями зрения в группах комбинированной направленности требует организации предварительной работы по подготовке взрослых и детей.

«Features of application of test techniques in selection and certification of personnel»
This article investigates the problem of use of test techniques in the course of selection and certification of personnel, and also for detection of features of formation of social and psychological climate in small groups and labor collectives. The group dynamics including individual preferences of players in the choice of strategy of behavior in a conflict situation in definition of the most acceptable social role, in identification of the most constructive and effective type of the administrative decision has the special importance. The author of the article offers a set of the test methods allowing to define social and psychological type of the individual at a stage of staff recruitment and to reveal its individual behavioral preferences that can structurally influence on team work.

Grammatical category of old English nouns has transformed into a linguacultural category in modern English. Semantic analysis of the lexical meaning of nouns denoting human beings reveals the covert attitude of society to them. In modern English the attitude is mostly negative to both men and women. Semantic analysis of terms denoting fathers and mothers reveal new trends in the society, gender asymmetries, connotations and hidden implications.

В статье рассматриваются исследования межличностных отношений подростков с нарушенным слухом, которые очень важны, потому что в этом возрасте человек переживает кризис, меняется его мировоззрение. Для ребенка с ограниченными возможностями здоровья этот период проходит еще тяжелее: помимо подростковых проблем он испытывает трудности в социализации.
