Целью работы является наиболее эффективная организация подготовки спортивного резерва и организационно-методической работы в ГБУ СШОР по легкой атлетике. Новизна исследования заключается в обобщении опыта подготовки спортивного резерва в СШОР, в основании организационно-правовых аспектов создания и функционирования СШОР и выявлении особенностей эффективного тренировочного процесса. Практическая значимость работы заключается в возможности использования обобщающего опыта работы СШОР и внедрения результатов подготовки спортивного резерва в практику работы учреждения.

Как отмечает автор, психолого-педагогическое сопровождение – это комплексная технология, особая культура поддержки и помощи в решении задач развития, обучения, воспитания и социализации, а так же сумма разнообразных методов коррекционно-развивающей работы с детьми. Главная цель сопровождения, в рамках формирования нового коллектива, создание условий для эффективного взаимодействия детей, раскрытия своих способностей и возможностей в спортивной деятельности. Психолого-педагогическое сопровождение формирования и развития коллектива в условиях детской спортивной школы выражается в организованной совместной деятельности детей в команде, а их тренеров в учебно-тренировочном процессе и во время соревнований. Личность юного спортсмена формируется в коллективе, и важной задачей педагога становится создание необходимых условий, чтобы микроклимат в группе положительно влиял на межличностные отношения детей. Без специально-организованного психолого-педагогического сопровождения, ребенку труднее ориентироваться в окружающей среде и успешно развиваться.
