In the article questions of the organization of educational work with cadets and listeners of educational organizations of the higher professional education system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the basis of the organization of a cinema club are considered. It is determined that the club is an effective pedagogical tool for the development of civic-patriotic and spiritual and moral qualities of cadets in the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
